Finca Can Teulada has six bedrooms and four bathrooms, spread over three levels.
On the ground floor is the cozy living-dining room with an open kitchen. The living room is comfortable and bright, with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is also very bright and has a spacious pantry. Right next to the open kitchen, there is a comfortable dining area for twelve people. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds, direct access to the terrace, and air conditioning.
On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, each individually decorated with great care. One of the double rooms has an en suite bathroom with a large shower. On the first floor, there is another bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor have air conditioning, but not in the living-dining area.
In the basement of the country house, there is a small apartment with two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
There you have a small living-dining room with an open kitchen. The bedrooms there both have two single beds. In this level, there is no air conditioning, but fans are provided. The garden with a private pool is an absolute vacation dream! The exclusive infinity pool with a waterfall effect is a real eye-catcher! Plenty of sun loungers, very beautiful and tropical vegetation, and the large lawn give the whole place a unique touch. The covered terrace, with its large wooden table, offers enough space for everyone to enjoy the summer evenings. Throughout the house, you have Wi-Fi and a ping-pong table.
From December 17th to Easter, only 4 bedrooms are rented for 8 people, online published prices are only for 8.

The Finca Can Teulada is located in a very quiet area, about 3 km from Pollença, in the north of the island. The beach is about 4 km away, in Port de Pollença.

Section 4 Cancellation and Termination of Stay
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation:
Cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will make an effort to re-rent the property.
The tenant can at any time prove that the landlord's loss is less.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the rental, a processing fee of 100 € will be charged in any case, which will be offset against the deposit if applicable.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
