Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels a rental contract for any reason, they are obligated to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a portion thereof.
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email).
In this case, the following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative costs. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and for sun worshippers, it's the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year.
