In the event of a desired cancellation, the customer undertakes to contact us immediately in writing and by telephone. In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation up to 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation from 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental amount.
If the tenant decides to leave the accommodation before the end of the tenancy after moving into it, there will be no refund of the rental price paid.

Holiday destination
Our Finca is located on a plot of land of around 3,800 m² and offers complete privacy. Located on the outskirts of the village of Biniali, you will find peace and relaxation here. Due to its central location on the island it has quick access to the motorway and it is the perfect place for excursions and activities.
Due to its proximity to the Tramuntana mountains, Biniali also proves to be a good starting point for hikes or road bike or mountain bike tours. Shopping facilities for daily needs can be found directly in Binissalem. For more extensive shopping, you can drive to the nearest towns of Inca or Palma in just a few minutes.
The nearest beaches are those of the Bay of Palma, such as Can Pastilla, Arenal, Cala Major or Illetes, which can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes. The beaches of Alcudia or Playa de Muro can be easily reached via the motorway in about 35 minutes.
