Falcone is located near Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, right by the sea in the middle of a spacious bay between Capo Milazzo and Capo Tindari, with the Aeolian Islands right in front. The Aeolian Islands can be reached hourly from the Portorosa marina (4 km) or Milazzo (30 km). The islands of Lipari, Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Alicudi, Filicudi, and Salina are popular excursion destinations throughout the year. Also, visit the beautiful old town of Milazzo with its large castle complex, harbor promenade, and many shops of all kinds.
Only 50 meters away is the magnificent beach of Falcone. Nestled between the sea and a charming mountain landscape in the hinterland, the holiday apartment Casa Venerita is situated. • for withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price.
If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obligated to pay the total price.
No claim for a refund arises from a later arrival and/or earlier departure.
The customer has the right to nominate a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.
