Originally Casa Joana was a ruin, formerly used as a stable. Joana Dalmau Pinto, architect at Studio Arte, has transformed the house into an architectural gem, with an eye for detail, privacy, light and openness. The house immediately makes you forget that you are in the center of a city. The beds sleep wonderfully, the bathrooms are small but comfortable and the three terraces are great. During breakfast on the rear terrace you will be treated to a free bird concert! Thanks to the air conditioning and the wood stove, you can enjoy your stay at Casa Joana throughout all seasons.
Silves is centrally located and an ideal base for excursions and to discover the rest of the Algarve. The area also has many golf courses for golf enthusiasts. It is also a great place-to-be for the surfers among us. Several beaches 15 minutes drive from the house.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
