This 4 1/2 room accommodation extends over 3 levels and includes the following:
1. Garden level with open-plan living room and kitchen including dining area and outdoor pergola with sun loungers, dining table and Weber barbecue.
2. Overhead sleeping area, connected to the living room by a staircase, with large 2x2m double bed, bathroom with toilet and separate closet with safe.
3. Upper floor accessible from outside stairs (street level) with cosy reading area and desk as well as an optional pull-out sofa bed with space for up to 2 people and a balcony with a view of the Brissago Islands. (Important note: the third floor does not have a bathroom/toilet; people accommodated there would have to go down the stairs outside to the sleeping level below.)
