If you cancel the booking and the holiday residence can be re-let for the same rental period, you won't be charged a fee. Otherwise, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 49 prior to arrival: 30% of the rental price;
48-35 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price;
34-21 days prior to arrival: 75% of the rental price;
20-14 days prior to arrival: 85% of the rental price;
less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

The holiday home is only 500m from the amusement park Fort Fun and the ski area "Winterwelt Fort Fun".
The Sauerland region also offers numerous leisure activities such as hiking and cycling along the Ruhr, winter sports and attractions like the manifold reservoirs.
The nearest bakery is 3 km away and they have a delivery service. You can get everyday necessities in the near vicinity.
Getting there
You can take the train to Bestwig.
By car: Coming from the west, take the A46 to Bestwig, then follow the signposts to the Fort Fun Abenteuerland. You'll pass through Wasserfall before you reach Fort Fun.
From the north and east: Take the A44 to Büren, continue towards Rüthen and then Fort Fun; you'll pass the amusement park first, then you'll reach Wasserfall/Bestwig.

Wir waren 2 Familien( 4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und ein Baby) und wurden am Anreisetag sehr herzlich und freundlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt.
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist super sauber, gemütlich und hier ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sollte doch mal was fehlen, kann man jederzeit bei der Vermieterin nachfragen, die sich sofort um die Angelegenheit kümmert.
Wir waren ganz begeistert und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und Fotos und wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. TOP !!!
