(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:

- up to 42 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 28 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

Das Abenteuer beginnt mit der Anfahrt zum sehr abgelegenen Urlaubsparadies mitten im Wald, denn es führt eine Schotterstraße (teils betoniert) über 3km auf den Berg.
Einmal angekommen, fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Das kleine Häuschen mit der Steinterasse und den Plattenwegen zur Poollandschaft und der dahinter liegenden Grillecke.
Alles mit viel Liebe hergerichtet.
Auch wenn die Ausstattung einfach ist, hat man alles was man braucht zur Hand.
Wer gern mal ein paar Tage nur für sich sein möchte, der kommt hier her und wird, bis auf die Besuche des Vermieters, der alle paar Tage zum Pool reinigen kommt, keine Menschenseele zu Gesicht bekommen.
Wer dennoch unterwegs sein möchte findet in der Region genügend Aktivitäten.
Für uns war es ein kleines Paradies.

Es ist ein wunderschönes kleines Ferienhaus mitten im nirgendwo.
Einfach nur herrlich, es ist so ruhig und unfassbar schön hergerichtet, mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail.
Wer Ruhe sucht findet sie hier.
Es muss jedoch einem bewusst sein, da das Häuschen ca. 3 km vom zivilen Leben entfernt liegt und jeder Weg geplant sein sollte.
Ist man mit allem versorgt kann man wirklich Urlaub machen und das in Ruhe mit Pool, einem Fuchs der dort wohnt und unendlich viel Natur und Ruhe.
Wir kommen gerne wieder auch wenn es weit ist.
