The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The private chlorine swimming pool, measuring 8 x 7 m and with a depth range of between 1.1 and 2.2 m, will be the star of the show. In the surrounding area you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a beautiful garden, a barbecue and three porches where you will surely enjoy eating, having a drink or playing ping pong with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The interior of the two-storey house is conceived to ensure you get the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find two fantastic dining areas âone of them with a fireplace and television with satellite channels â and an independent kitchen equipped with induction and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor you will also find a bedroom with a single bed and fan and two bathrooms. One of them has a bathtub and en suite, while the other one is independent and has a shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a cosy living room and three further bedrooms, all with double beds and fans. In addition, two of them have air conditioning and access to a wonderful balcony from where you can contemplate the magnificent Mallorcan countryside. A separate bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
