Outside this beautiful property you will find an incredible private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 10m x 4m and a depth of between 1.20m and 2.10m, ideal for cooling off and sunbathing on the sun loungers after a long day of sightseeing around the island. The large garden is a favourite place for the little ones to run and play to their heart's content. On the porch you can enjoy a wonderful barbecue all together. The property is fenced, so there is partial privacy.
The interior of the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room where you can relax on the comfortable sofas while you enjoy watching a series on the satellite TV. The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower complete this floor. Going upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the balcony from where you can enjoy magnificent views. The third and last bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. You can also make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and high chair.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
