The property's fantastic exteriors are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The shared chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 9.5 x 4.5 m and a depth range between 0.65 and 2.1 m, will undoubtedly be the star of the common areas. All around you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a furnished area and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious recipes. Your accommodation also has a private terrace that will be perfect to start your day with a good breakfast or to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions at sunset. Please note that the apartment is located in a block of apartments, so there are direct neighbors.
Located on the second floor of a building without elevator, the cozy interior of the apartment is tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two beautiful double bedrooms with AC and a separate bathroom with shower complete the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.
Please note that the barbecue facilities are for shared use and must be cleaned after use.
The swimming pool is open from May to October, from 10:00 to 21:00.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
