This property's exteriors are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the beautiful garden, filled with fruit trees and native plants, you will find the wonderful private chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1.4 and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a porch with a large table, where you will surely enjoy unforgettable meals or fun moments while having a drink at the end of the day with your companions. The property is fenced and, although there are some neighbours in the area, privacy is almost total.
The interior of the two-storey property is designed to offer you the rest and comfort you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably and an outdoor bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, both with AC. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other has two single beds. On this floor there is another separate bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
