1. Cancellation conditions:

- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- Thereafter, 90 percent of the total amount
- Deposit after booking confirmation, 20 percent of the total amount
- No credit card/cash payment or transfer of the balance on arrival
2. Cancellation policy:
- You can cancel your booking within 14 days of booking confirmation without giving any reason in writing
(e.g. letter, e-mail). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form. In order to comply with the withdrawal period
the timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient.

Als Ehepaar seit 30 Jahren verheiratet, mit zwei Erwachsenen Töchtern sind wir die gemeinsamen Besitzer vom "Haus Schmidt" Vor etwa 3 Jahren renovierten wir das Raumausstatter Geschäft der Eltern zu einer Ferienwohnung. Seit gut 2 Jahren sind wir die Vermieter, der neu renovierten und einzigen Ferienwohnung in unserem Hause.
