The property is approximately 650 sqm, nestled among blooming flowers and plants. The terrace at the house is very large, partially covered. The about 3 x 11 m pool is for private use. It has a depth of approximately 1.40 m. There is also a toilet and a shower by the pool.
The house was completed in 2019, has a living area of about 100 sqm, all on one level, and is modern and comfortably furnished.
The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob with 4 rings, a large fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Of course, there is ample crockery and cutlery available.
In the living room with a cozy sofa set, there is an LCD TV with German television programs.
One bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (90 x 1.90 m) and the other bedroom with a double bed (one mattress size 1.80 x 1.90 m). Ceiling-high wardrobes accommodate your holiday clothing.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A hairdryer is available.
Bed linen, hand, bath, and dish towels are provided in sufficient quantities. We ask you to bring your own beach towels. An iron and ironing board are available for use.
Smoking is not desired inside the house, but outside on the terraces, it is of course no problem.
A rental car is required, and a parking space is available.
It is about 1.3 km on foot to Playa San Juan and about 1.7 km to the beach.
The meticulously maintained outdoor area is lovingly landscaped with numerous plants, contributing to an immediate sense of well-being and the promise of a restful vacation. Particularly unforgettable and unique are the breathtaking sunsets that can be enjoyed from the terrace with a glass of wine.
The spacious terrace and garden area, with its seating furniture and sun loungers, invite relaxation at any time of day. Attached to the terrace is an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill.

Playa de San Juan is exceedingly popular among individual tourists, not only because it boasts a beautiful sandy beach but also because it offers a plethora of bars and restaurants. What you won't find here is mass tourism, as no hotel draws package tourists to the area. Families with young children will appreciate the small beach in the harbor basin, which is protected from high waves and has a gentle slope, making it very suitable for little ones.
For those who enjoy long walks, this is also the perfect spot. A well-maintained promenade leads past bizarre lava formations that always offer something new to discover.
Here on the finca, bananas are predominantly cultivated, and one is far removed from all the hustle and bustle. Bananas grow quietly and steadily, requiring little care until harvest, but some work is necessary nonetheless.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
if you cancel up to 90 days before the start of the trip 20% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip 30% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
