Cancellation policy
If the guest decides to cancel the contractual services, they are obliged to pay the agreed or customary booking price minus expenses saved by the lessor. Based on the recommendation of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association, the savings amount to 20% of the total booking price.
In case it is possible to re-let the apartment for the booked period, the compensation fee will be reduced to reflect the remaining damage, if applicable. We therefore ask you to notify us as soon as you know that you're going to withdraw from the contract.

Holiday destination
At the health resort Stolberg, you can travel back in time to the Middle Ages. There you can explore ancient coin workshops or follow in the knights' footsteps. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten beide Ferienwohnungen mit 11 Personen (7 EW, 4 Kinder 1, 10, 13, 15) belegt. Alles vorhanden und fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wunderschöner Ort. Wir können die Ferienwohnungen und Stolberg unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Ganz unerwartet hat uns eine hervorragend ausgestattete, urgemütliche Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen Fachwerkhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Stolberg erwartet.Der Ausflug zum Josephskreuz war ideal.
