Als wir am ersten Samstag um vier Uhr ankamen, riefen wir die Telefonnummern für den Schlüssel an, aber die betreffende Person (eine Rentnerin, die sich später herausstellte) antwortete nicht. Nachdem wir die Notrufnummer von Topic Travel angerufen hatten, hofften wir, das Problem lösen zu können, aber wir mussten mehrmals anrufen und erhielten keine angemessene Rückmeldung und erst nach 2,5 Stunden Wartezeit traf ein englisches Paar mit dem Schlüssel ein. Auch unsere niederländischen Nachbarn (mit einer schwangeren Frau) hatten das gleiche Problem. Das macht keinen Spaß, wenn Sie gerade eine Reise aus den Niederlanden hinter sich haben.
