Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Vodnjan is just a 10 minutes’ drive away from Pula, the city in Istria that’s in every Croatian tourist map. The Brijuni national park can be visited from the place Fažana, an old fisherman village with great beaches. The archipelago of Brijuni has so much to show and the largest one of them, Veli Brijun, is opened for public.

Die Villa Casa Lumi ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Das Haus und der Fitnessraum sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Der Pool und das komplette Anwesen waren sehr sauber und Top gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben uns gute Tipps sowohl für Ausflugsziele als auch für Restaurants gegeben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt einmal wieder kommen.
