Outside this extensive property with views over the countryside, you will find a large chlorine pool with dimensions of 10m x 5m and a depth range from 0.9m to 1.8m. You can relax on the wonderful terraces sunbathing on the sun loungers while the little ones run around in the garden. You can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it all together on the outside porch, which is furnished to extend your evenings. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
Inside, the property is distributed over two floors and is divided into numerous rooms that will make your holidays the most relaxing ones. The living-dining room has oil central heating and Smart TV. The gas kitchen is independent, and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep you have at your disposal a total of 6 heated bedrooms. Five of them have a double bed, one of which also has an en suite bathroom with shower, and the sixth has two single beds and direct access to the terrace. Two further bathrooms serve the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The villa is located on the outskirts of Manacor, so it offers you a privileged rural environment and the privacy you deserve. Thanks to its excellent location, you will be able to visit the north of the island, towards the beaches of Son Serra, Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia as well as the southern area, towards Porto Cristo or Les Cales de Mallorca. As well as being surrounded by these magnificent beaches, Manacor is also known for being the birthplace of tennis player Rafael Nadal, so you can visit his famous museum and facilities which will give you an incredible experience. Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
