The exterior of the property and its garden areas are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There you will find a chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range between 1.40 m and 1.90 m. Around it there are sun loungers, a small chill-out area, a well-equipped terrace, and a porch with a barbecue and a table with chairs to spend great evenings.
The interior of the single-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with TV with satellite channels, leads to the kitchen, which has a gas hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lacasa has 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a fan, while the second has a double bed. A bathroom with shower serves the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The surroundings of this property are privileged, as it is situated in a very quiet area of the village of Llucmajor, but at the same time it is only 30 minutes away from the city of Palma. Llucmajor has a market on Friday mornings and is only a short distance away from a water park. In Palma you will be able to enjoy all the services and entertainment, both day and night, that you desire, as well as sightseeing such as the cathedral, which is the only gothic style cathedral on the sea front. If you want to enjoy the beach, you have several options. Just 20 minutes away you have the touristy and wide Arenal beach, where you can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skiing. The Arenal area is also home to the only aquarium on the island, Palma Aquarium. If you prefer a quieter beach, about 30 minutes away you have a beautiful cove called Cala Pi or the beach of Es Trenc, considered one of the most beautiful on the island.

Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
