Die Whg. war eigentlich so, wie beschrieben; klein, sauber, schöne Aussicht und kleiner, sonniger Balkon. Leider konnten technische Probleme nur z.T. gelöst werden. Das WLAN-PW war falsch. Erst am 3. Tag konnte der Verwalter klären, dass ein Buchstabe in dem uns angegebenen PW falsch war. Mit dem TV war es nicht besser. Lt. Anzeige gibt es in der Whg. SAT-TV. Stimmt aber nicht. Es soll über Internet laufen. Es lief aber nicht. Alle Versuche des Verwalters sowie eines freundlichen Nachbarn halfen nichts. Die Reaktion der Agentur: "Sie haben keinen Anspruch auf deutsches TV. Wir sind in Spanien." Ist das guter Service? Spanisches TV ging aber auch nicht. Es ging gar nichts. Hier hätte ich ein "Das ist nicht i.O. . tut mir leid." erwartet. Leider Fehlanzeige.
