Our detached villa in the holiday resort of Paguera is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the town center, yet it is situated in a quiet location. Nestled in a 400 sqm garden, it offers a large living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a terrace, accommodating 4 people (+ 1 toddler up to 3 years). An additional air-conditioned office with a desk, monitor, and printer provides the opportunity to perfectly combine work and relaxation. For cooling off and refreshment, a whirlpool is available (free of charge in summer, for an additional fee in winter). A Playstation, satellite TV, and a DVD player ensure there is never a dull moment.

The coastal town is captivating with its family-friendly atmosphere. One reason for the popularity of Paguera is the fact that there are four beaches here: Platja Palmira (main beach with promenade), Platja Gran de Tara, Platja de la Romana, and the picturesque bay of Cala Fornells. All beaches are within easy walking distance from Casa Flora. Along Bulevar de Peguera, you'll find a string of shops, restaurants, and bars.
By rental car, our house is about 30 minutes from Palma Airport. You can easily reach Paguera via the coastal motorway. In the high season (approximately April to October), the airport bus (Aerotib) A11 will take you practically to the doorstep of Casa Flora in Paguera in about 70 minutes.
About 1 week before arrival, you will receive the mobile phone number of the responsible guest service agent. Please contact them immediately to arrange the details of your arrival. This is the only way to ensure that the guest service agent will be expecting you at Casa Flora. Please drive directly to the holiday home in Paguera.

Cancellation of the rental before the planned arrival date must be communicated in writing via email. In the event of cancellation, the landlord's claim to payment of the agreed rent remains.
The landlord has a lump-sum claim for damages according to the following scale:
from 28 days before the start of the trip: 50%
from 14 days before the start of the trip: 100%
of the agreed rent. The compensation for withdrawal will be offset against the deposit due for payment up to that point. The tenant is free to prove to the landlord that the damage incurred is less.
In the case of discounted overnight prices or stays of more than 21 days, different cancellation policies may be agreed upon in individual cases.

Welcome to Casa Flora Paguera! For many years, we have spent our Mallorca vacations in Paguera. During a short stay, we fell in love with this house at first sight, purchased it in the fall of 2021, and have since sustainably renovated it with great attention to detail, also converting it to renewable energy sources. The holiday rental started on April 1, 2022. As a family who loves to travel, with twins, we have spent our vacations almost exclusively in holiday apartments or houses in the most beautiful places in the world over the past few years. These experiences have now served as our inspiration. Our guests are looked after on-site by a professional and reliable guest service.
