Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the rental before the planned arrival date must be communicated in writing via email. In the event of cancellation, the landlord's claim to payment of the agreed rent remains.
The landlord has a lump-sum claim for damages according to the following scale:
from 28 days before the start of the trip: 50%
from 14 days before the start of the trip: 100%
of the agreed rent. The compensation for withdrawal will be offset against the deposit due for payment up to that point. The tenant is free to prove to the landlord that the damage incurred is less.
In the case of discounted overnight prices or stays of more than 21 days, different cancellation policies may be agreed upon in individual cases.

The coastal town is captivating with its family-friendly atmosphere. One reason for the popularity of Paguera is the fact that there are four beaches here: Platja Palmira (main beach with promenade), Platja Gran de Tara, Platja de la Romana, and the picturesque bay of Cala Fornells. All beaches are within easy walking distance from Casa Flora. Along Bulevar de Peguera, you'll find a string of shops, restaurants, and bars.
Getting there
By rental car, our house is about 30 minutes from Palma Airport. You can easily reach Paguera via the coastal motorway. In the high season (approximately April to October), the airport bus (Aerotib) A11 will take you practically to the doorstep of Casa Flora in Paguera in about 70 minutes.
About 1 week before arrival, you will receive the mobile phone number of the responsible guest service agent. Please contact them immediately to arrange the details of your arrival. This is the only way to ensure that the guest service agent will be expecting you at Casa Flora. Please drive directly to the holiday home in Paguera.
