Our holiday home is a cozy, lovingly furnished house preserved in the traditional Goiserer style. It is traditionally equipped with solid wood furniture and wooden floors. The entrance hall provides space for clothing and shoes.
In the fully equipped fitted kitchen, you can prepare your favorite dishes. The barrier-free shower room, complete with hand and bath towels, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, allows you to relax at the end of the day.
There are 2 toilets on the upper and lower floors. The bedrooms, one double bedroom with a walk-in closet, as well as a single room and a single bed, are all on the first floor. For a fifth person, there is a large extendable couch available in the living room. The layout of the rooms can be seen in the floor plan.
The holiday home is located on our small farm estate with horses, bees & sheep farming. From May to September, our guests enjoy free admission to the "Goiserer" Parkbad.

In a quiet, sunny location, about a 5-minute walk from the center of Bad Goisern, you'll find our lovingly furnished holiday home.
This central location is the perfect starting point for all sporting and cultural activities. Whether cycling, hiking, running, skiing, tobogganing, or Nordic walking – Bad Goisern is the ideal place for it.
But the little vacationers are not forgotten either. A small, nearby woodland, known as 'Mühnerwald’l,' invites them to play and explore.

If the tenant cancels the contract after it has been concluded, a cancellation fee of the amount specified below will be charged. The tenant has the right to arrange a substitute tenant who will assume the rights and obligations of the contract. Both the original and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
If these days are re-rented by us, your deposit will be refunded immediately.
Cancellation costs: For a cancellation up to 43 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental sum, at least €300; for a cancellation from 42 days to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 60% of the rental sum; for a cancellation from 28 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental sum; and for a cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum is due. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
