A vacation paradise in the beautiful, picturesque holiday resort San Juan de Capistrano, right next to the nature park - located in the greenery. A gem for 4 to 6 people - or for those who want more space even when traveling as a couple. 'Paraiso de Capistrano' - perfect not only for 2 couples who want to live independently on two levels if needed - but also for families with grandparents, etc.
A terraced holiday home with a townhouse feel, sea view, and 2 terraces on 2 levels.
With all the trimmings: Electric grill, garden shower h/c, free Wi-Fi with unlimited flat rate, paid Netflix account and Spotify music, a total of 3 flat-screen TVs (3 with all satellite programs from Germany), 2 kitchens with dishwashers (1x top and 1x bottom), washing machine, 3 air conditioners, etc.
Idyllic, Mediterranean, and picturesque location in the dreamy holiday resort San Juan de Capistrano (Nerja), 30 m to the nearest small road - situated along a small flower-lined footpath and only 80-90 m to the magnificent large pool area (which, however, cannot be seen or heard from the property).
- Important note: The terraced holiday home Paraiso de Capistrano (Hibiscos 2) or the resort San Juan de Capistrano is not located (as shown in some map programs) on the highway. It is an idyllic, green, picturesque garden complex by the nature reserve park. The A7 highway runs deep below in a tunnel. From the sheltered location of Hibiscos 2, you cannot even see the highway in the distance, let alone hear it!
- Like a complete holiday home - but very privately divisible if desired:
In total, there are 3 bedrooms on one property (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs -> studio), 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), 2 living rooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs -> studio), 2 kitchens (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), 2 terraces (together approx. 31 m²), both apartments have air conditioning and their own TVs with all German programs... Once Netflix upstairs, once downstairs...
Here in a pretty house complex, you will find on the ground level a modern, independent, elegant studio apartment (30 m²+8 m² utility room) with a patio for friends or grandparents - and then the complete upper level (62 m²) for 4 people with a sunny south-facing terrace - this part is also directly accessible from the sidewalk behind without steps due to the terraced construction.
Of course, if you wish, you can also occupy the entire property with 2 to 4 people...
Small note: By the way, we have thought of things like a room door in the studio to the directly adjacent utility room, where the kitchen's refrigerator is also located - so that you are not disturbed by 'refrigerator noises' at night in the studio.

Your comfortable holiday home 'Paraiso de Capistrano' - which was completely renovated at the time of handover and has recently received another stylish 'facelift' - is elegantly and modernly furnished. However, the special feature is the second level, the studio. Here you will find an independent holiday apartment for friends, or for example grandparents - or if you want to treat yourself to a lot of space. The prices shown in the price calculator always apply to everything together, of course, the price is significantly cheaper compared to individual rental.
- Your terraced holiday home is part of the hillside garden resort San Juan de Capistrano (Nerja) - right above the nature park above Nerja's center. and is part of this pretty coastal town. The holiday resort is designed like a neo-Moorish small village - with a lake-like pool oasis (rock island, small waterfalls, pool restaurant and pool bar, large sunbathing areas, separate children's pool) ...and many tropical and Mediterranean gardens that invite you to take daily walks.
In total, there are 31 m² of terrace space. Your 16 m² south-facing terrace on the upper level with sea view is very privately designed, 'topless' or FKK in a lying position are no problem. With a rainproof sun awning and modern terrace furniture as well as sun loungers, it contributes to your relaxation. Just like the additional 15 m² patio on the lower level with warm/cold garden shower - really perfect after a day at the beach.
The floor-to-ceiling living room windows make the terrace feel like part of the living room. From this 16 m² south-facing terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. Although it is not as extensive as in our panorama apartments in the holiday complex, Hibiscos 2 has many fans due to its size and great location, who would not want to vacation in any other holiday home in this complex.
In the house and on the terrace, you have unlimited internet flat rate with free Wi-Fi. Upstairs there are 2 air conditioners and 2 flat-screen TVs with all German satellite programs (independently of each other). Great Smart TV function: Netflix and Spotify are already paid for you. The TV upstairs has great sound, making music streaming a pleasure.
- Due to the slight hillside location, both levels of the house (the apartments from above and the studio from below) are accessible without steps. And with the approx. 90 cm wide entrances, it might even be feasible for some wheelchair users, at least the upper part. This upper part, the apartment with 2 bedrooms, will probably never be 'handicap accessible' according to the legally required standards, but for flexible vacationers with wheelchairs, it may still be quite usable in many cases. Feel free to ask us for details...
However, it is at least easily accessible on the upper level for the mobility impaired and for everyone else directly on the property with only 10 steps from the lower entrance to the upper level. This is - and still with a sea view (!) - really rare and exceptionally comfortable in this beautifully terraced complex on the hillside.
