Cancellation policy

Booking conditions The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments: 1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking 2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival. The booking can only be canceled in writing. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged. For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Holiday destination

The 700 m² courtyard is completely walled and there is covered parking for 2 cars. The exterior of the house creates a similar atmosphere to the interior thanks to its modern design with traditional elements such as beige shutters on all doors and windows. The garden is dominated by a beautiful swimming pool with a dark blue background reminiscent of the sea and a separate relaxation area with hydromassage.
