Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation fees:
a. 15% of the rental price for cancellations more than 3 months before the start of the rental period;
b. 50% of the rental price for cancellations more than 2 months but not more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
c. 70% of the rental price for cancellations longer than 1 month but not longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period;
d. 100% of the rental price for cancellations less than 1 month before the start of the rental period;
2. In addition to the cancellation fees, the landlord may charge a flat rate of €25 for administrative costs.
3. If the tenant can find a mutually acceptable third party to take over the rental for the agreed period, the cancellation fees are reduced by the rental income.

Holiday destination
The location of the villa is unique at the end of a peninsula in a residential area that is completely oriented towards the water. Both the cozy center of the historic Lemmer and the Lemmer beach on the Ijsselmeer are within walking distance. For mooring your own or rented boat, there is 40 meters of waterfront available. The water has an open connection with the Frisian Lakes and through the lock to the IJsselmeer.
Getting there
Car: Lemmer is directly accessible via the A6 motorway.
Train: The nearest train station is Heerenveen, about 20 km away. There is a direct bus connection from Lemmer to the train station.
By plane: Lemmer is approximately 90 km from Amsterdam Schiphol International Airport.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Jugendlichen in Lemmer und hatten unser eigenes Sportboot dabei. Haus und umgebendes Grundstück waren bei unserem Besuch in einem tollen Zustand und die Ferienunterkunft hat für Lage, Zustand und Ausstattung die vollen fünf Sterne verdient. Da nicht immer perfektes Wetter war und gerade die Fußball- EM lief haben wir auch das große TV gern genutzt, Streaming via Airplay funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Whirlpool/ Jacuzzi, suuuuper! Auch der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern und die Einweisung vor Ort war toll und superfreundlich. Als wir einmal Hilfe mit dem Pool brauchten, kam sofort jemand aus der Nachbarschaft und hat geholfen. Wir hatten viel Spaß und eine richtig gute Zeit! Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit Toplage verbringen dürfen.Es hatt an nichts gefehlt,das Haus war sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet.Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen und der Buchungsablauf war reibungslos.Können das Haus und die liebe Familie mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.LG
