The Alm-Lodges in Gargellen boast a dreamy location with mountain views right on the ski slope. Here, SKI-In / SKI-OUT is a big deal! From the private ski cellar, you can head straight into the Gargellen mountain world. After skiing, there's no need for a strenuous hike; simply ski right up to your front door. Afterwards, you have the option to relax in your own sauna. The Alm Lodges were completed in mid-2023.
The unit spans over 2 floors. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and opposite, a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The open kitchen is also on the upper floor, inviting you to cook together and is fully equipped. It has an induction cooktop, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The living area on the upper floor is additionally furnished with a large dining table and a chill area with armchairs and a sofa. There is also a large balcony here.
On the lower ground floor, there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds. Bedroom 4 adjoins directly to a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also another bathroom here, which is equipped with a toilet, shower, and the private sauna.
The unit has a shared ski cellar including a boot dryer and laundry room, which can be used by everyone. Wi-Fi is available throughout the area. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a fridge, a microwave, an oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
