Cancellation policy
If a tenant cancels the contract, they must pay compensation according to the following scale:
20% of the rental fee if the cancellation is received by the landlord more than three months before the agreed rental start date,
50% of the rental fee if the cancellation is received by the landlord up to one month before the agreed rental start date,
80% of the rental fee if the cancellation is received by the landlord up to one week before the agreed rental start date,
100% of the rental fee if the cancellation is received by the landlord less than one week before the agreed rental start date.
The compensation amounts listed above are waived if the tenant provides a replacement tenant for the same rental period under the same conditions.
In any case, a fee of 50 euros will be charged.
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Holiday destination
Nestled between the fishing village of Bruinisse and Lake Grevelingen, you'll find Park Hoogerwerf. And here, at the end of a cul-de-sac, is our large house with an even larger fenced garden. The marina is close by, and there's a small sandy beach next to the harbor. A car-free walk to the center of Aquadelta takes about 10-15 minutes. Here you'll find sports facilities, bicycle rental, shopping, snack bar, restaurant, and our small swimming pool with a slide.
