The south-facing terrace, the balcony on the 1st floor, and the roof terrace on the 2nd floor offer sun and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea in the distance and the surroundings. In the evenings, you can admire beautiful sunsets from both terraces or the balcony while enjoying a glass of wine. Feel free to use the small garden for relaxing and barbecuing. At the in-house Mediterranean restaurant Chivi, you can have a cocktail at the bar and enjoy delicious meals for lunch and dinner.

Our 100m² Mediterranean holiday home was completely renovated in March 2024 and equipped with a new kitchen and high-quality furniture. It has been individually and lovingly decorated. On the ground floor, the house has a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, oven with microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and dish towels. A cozy living room with satellite TV and a guest toilet with washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also located on the ground floor. Through the living room door, you reach the covered and open terrace with an adjoining small private garden. Through the garden, you access the generously designed communal swimming pool (including a children's pool) via the holiday complex.
On the 1st floor, there are 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite). From the 1st bedroom, you can access a furnished balcony with a beautiful view. Both bedrooms have a TV.
Additionally, the holiday home offers a private furnished roof terrace (on the 2nd floor) with a small sea view and beautiful views of the hinterland and surroundings.
Wi-Fi in all areas, heating/air conditioning, and a parking space are available and free of charge. The maximum capacity is four people and a baby (cot, high chair, and stair gate are available).
A private parking space is located right next to the residential complex (free of charge). The price for the final cleaning is for 2 people. For each additional person, a fee of 10 euros will be charged.

The residential complex El Paraiso is located in the southeast of the island in the beautiful residential area Sa Vinyola (municipality of Campos/place Sa Rà pita). It is a 30-minute drive from Palma and only 20 minutes from the airport. The magnificent natural sandy beach Es Trenc and the surrounding golf courses Son Antem, Son Gual, and Maioris, as well as the two yacht harbors of Sa Rà pita and S’Estanyol, are also within a few minutes' reach. Tennis courts and a mini-golf course are also available locally.
The holiday home is about a 30-minute drive from Palma Airport and is very accessible by rental car. The very well-developed motorway ends about 7 km before the holiday resort in Campos. Bus connections from Palma Airport to Llucmajor are also possible.
