We have come together as family and friends to offer you a special vacation in special surroundings. Villa Elfer, Villa Heuberg, Villa Widderstein and Villa Steinmandl welcome you warmly!
Here you have the opportunity to book the Villa Elfer.
As a family or with friends, 8 to 10 people can relax and enjoy their vacation in a unique atmosphere. Both in the beautifully furnished house and on your terrace, you can enjoy the fantastic panorama of the Walser mountains. Sauna with relaxation room, WLAN, ski cellar with boot heating, bicycle storage room and much more make the upscale facilities perfect!
In summer, the cable car ticket is of course included.

Numerous activities such as the adventure pool, indoor playground, ice skating rink etc. are easily accessible by car.
Our ecologically built wooden house is centrally and quietly located at the entrance to Hirschegg, on the way to the Ifen. Simply leave your car at the vacation home - shopping facilities and bus stops are within easy walking distance. Our unique location close to the ski slope also offers you the opportunity to start your day's skiing from the comfort of the house.

By car: Take the B12 to Oberstdorf in the Allgäu and continue into Kleinwalsertal. In Riezlern, drive over the Breitachbrücke bridge and immediately turn right into Schwarzwassertalstrasse towards Ifen. After approx. 600 m you will find our vacation home on the left-hand side. You can park directly in front of the house (2 parking spaces).
Snow chains may be necessary in winter.
Walserbus: line 3 or 5 stop at the Wäldele junction.

Should something come up during your vacation planning, the following cancellation conditions apply:
3 to 1 month before: 40% of the travel price is due.
1 month to 1 week before: 70% of the travel price is due.
Last week before departure: 90% of the tour price is due.
Cancellations on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the tour price is due.
Current guest tax: € 3.90 person/night, 14 years and older
Guest tax from December 2024: € 4.40
