Take the A12 motorway – exit 39 for Zillertal-Wiesing – through the Brettfall Tunnel onto the Zillertal federal road B169, approximately 34 km into the Zillertal towards Mayrhofen.
Continue in the direction of Mayrhofen until you reach the town center of Hippach.
In Hippach, at the traffic light, turn right over the railway tracks and continue up to the next intersection (without traffic lights), then turn right again past the church. Follow the signs for "Zillertaler Höhenstraße". Then drive up the mountain road (about 4.5 km) until you see the advertising board "Haus Johanna" on the left side of the road. Please continue for about 100m to our turnaround spot. Directly opposite the sign for Ferienhaus Johanna, drive up the driveway to our house. (The 3rd house on the left side, with the inscription Ferienhaus Johanna)

Cancellations:
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. The deposit made will be retained. Up to 3 months before the start of the holiday, there are no cancellation fees for you, from 3 months to 1 month before the start of the holiday we will charge 50%, from 1 month before the start of the holiday or in case of early departure we will charge 100% of the booked stay.
