Cancellation policy
If the tenant or landlord cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a substitute tenant or equivalent alternative accommodation who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:
up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price
29th to 14th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
13th to 4th day before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
from the 3rd day before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
The beautiful studio is located in a small apartment complex right by the sea with direct private beach access.
This optimal location, without direct road access as it is a cul-de-sac, guarantees a unique holiday experience.
Costa Calma is situated in the south of Fuerteventura. With its kilometers of seemingly endless golden sandy beaches, it is a paradise for sun worshippers and beachcombers.
But also water sports enthusiasts of all kinds, especially surfers and kiters, as well as those seeking nature and tranquility, will feel very comfortable at Costa Calma.
In the nearby area, you will find supermarkets, shops, banks, a German bakery, but also good restaurants and local eateries with diverse cuisine where you can dine exquisitely.
Right next to our studio, there is a beautiful Spanish tapas restaurant, open from 1:30 pm, with perfect service, where you can dine excellently and enjoy a magnificent view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Wednesday and Thursday are days off.
Getting there
The drive from the airport to Costa Calma takes about 50 minutes. After booking, we will provide you with detailed directions.

Es war eine richtig tolle Woche im kleinen aber feinem Appartment.
Das Bett war gerade frisch erneuert und die Couch (die wirklich auf ist) wird noch ausgebssert.
Da wir aber die Zeit immer draußen verbracht haben war es nicht störend.
Die Bar Costa Beach direkt nebenan war in keinster Weise störend, das Essen megalecker und die Angestellten immer freundlich :-)......nur zu empfehlen ;-)
Morgens den Kaffee ansetzen, ins Meer springen und dann auf der Sonnenterasse frühstücken.....für uns genau richtig!!!

Sehr schöne Lage der gepflegten niedlichen Studiowohnung. Die Betreuung war sehr gut und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Genügend Frotteewäsche incl. Bademäntel vorhanden. W-LAN wäre wünschenswert. Im Großen und ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
