This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to country-specific criteria. The award was given by a tourism organisation. Depending on the equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars - from simple to first-class.
Our 4-star holiday home was completed in 2023 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large living-dining room with an additional sofa bed. There is also a furnished terrace on the ground floor. The 51 m2 roof terrace with slatted pergola for shading and a roughly 5 m2 Jacuzzi for 5 people are the highlight of the house. Meals for the evening are prepared in the summer kitchen or with the Napoleon gas grill on the roof terrace. Drinks from the side-by-side refrigerator in the summer kitchen with an ice cube maker provide further refreshment. A total area of 130 m2, of which 93 m2 is living space, is available to you. All rooms on the ground floor, upper floor, and attic have their own air conditioning. The high-quality plastic windows are equipped with electric blinds and insect screen rollers. Our comfortable house accommodates up to 6 guests.

The picturesque small town of Vodice is located between Zadar and Split in central Dalmatia. Both cities have airports that can be conveniently reached from Germany in approximately 1:45 hours by flight. Vodice is also easily accessible by car via well-maintained Croatian highways and roads. Our holiday home La Vue Vodice is situated in a quiet residential area, about 550 meters to the sea, 900m to the harbor, and 1100m to the center.

There are different routes from Germany by car heading towards Croatia.
Either the route via Graz, Maribor, and Zagreb towards Vodice
Or the other route through the Karawanken Tunnel towards Slovenia, Ljubljana, and then to Vodice.
The two destination airports, Zadar and Split, can be reached in approximately 50 – 60 minutes. Zadar is a bit closer to Vodice than Split.
