Cancellation policy
If the RENTER cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The date on which the notice of cancellation is received is considered the date of cancellation (if it's a Sunday or public holiday, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Holiday apartment Piazzetta Premium is located in the heart of the historic old town of Porec, just 50m from the sea. The main square of the city, restaurants, cafes, and shops are in immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is only 150m away and the beach with sports facilities and pine forest is about a 10-minute walk. The apartment is situated in the pedestrian zone of the old town. A parking space for one car is provided on the nearby city parking lot (about 200m away).
