Holiday destination
The villa is situated right next to a private park on a hill in a very quiet neighborhood of Sainte Maxime, above the long sandy beach of La Nartelle. The town center of Sainte Maxime is easily accessible in 10 minutes by car or bus. The sandy beach is only 300 meters away and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Along the long beach, there are beautiful beach clubs with restaurants. Water sports opportunities in the immediate vicinity include sailing, surfing, kayaking, parasailing, and jet skiing.

By plane: via Aeroport de Nice - then by rental car approximately 1h / 75KM By car: via the A8 exit Frejus or Le Muy, then take the country road towards ST Tropez / ST Maxime

Host informationDear holiday guests, we have been present on the Cote d'Azur with beautiful holiday homes for almost 30 years. From 1995 to 2020 in Luceram near Nice, and now from 2022 in the beautiful district of La Nartelle in ST Maxime with our dream house Le Gabian. Le Gabian is the French name for the large seagull that always circles over our house. Our house is managed by the small holiday home boutique Esprit du Sud. The contact person for renting is Christophe Bougeoise. Locally, the house is looked after by our caretaker Abdou.
