The beautifully located holiday home number 19 has a bright living room with a cozy sitting area with a TV with digital reception (including German channels). There is a kitchen with, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and kettle. Dining area for 5 people. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and wardrobe and one with a single bed (100 x 200) and a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200) and a small wardrobe.
On the terrace, there is a garden table with adjustable garden chairs. Private boat dock with rowing boat.

De Rijd is a unique park surrounding an approximately 8-hectare lake in Nieuwe Niedorp, which is perfect for boating (non-motorized), swimming, and fishing. In front of the park entrance, there is a marina and a public outdoor swimming pool.

Cancellations are possible at any time. In addition to the booking fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip 20% of the travel price
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel price
- from the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the trip 90% of the travel price
In case of a later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
