Cancellation policy
At the front door of the chalet "zweite Heimat" 197, there is a key safe called a Burgwächter, which contains the key. The code for it will be communicated to the tenant by phone on the day of their arrival. Please provide the landlord with a mobile phone number for this purpose. The car registration number must be communicated to the landlord no later than 4 days before arrival, as it needs to be registered with the park for parking behind the barrier. Dogs are allowed, depending on their size. Please feel free to contact us regarding this matter. Outside the property, all dogs must be kept on a leash, and it is mandatory for every dog owner to carry dog waste bags and use them when necessary. Dogs are warmly welcomed here. However, dogs are not allowed on the sofa, armchairs, or beds. Please bring a suitable place for your furry friend. In the event of a timely cancellation (up to 6 weeks before the trip), you will be refunded the prepaid 40%, or you can simply book a new period. This can also be discussed and agreed upon. Our chalet is and remains a non-smoking house!!! If any damage occurs to the chalet or property by the tenant, it must be reported to the landlord immediately. The tenant is responsible for the cost of the damage.

In Park Campanula, there's a subtropical indoor swimming pool and a laundromat. Sports/tennis/football courts, as well as a mini-golf course and bicycle rental service. Additionally, outside, there's a small grocery store, various bars, and restaurants. About 300 meters away, there's a small shopping promenade where you can find almost everything from beachwear to bathing accessories. Explore the surroundings for yourself. Host informationWe are Aaron, Björn, Cora-Lee, Melanie, and Maggie Heil (see photo below from left to right). Our "first home" is in the beautiful Siegerland. But since January 2024, we can say that our "second home" is in Sint Maartensvlotbrug, and with that, a big dream has come true.
