Questa casa richiede un'auto in quanto è piuttosto isolata: a 10 minuti dalla costa, a 15 minuti dalle località locali di San Vito Dei Normanni e Carivigno. Non c'è un posto nelle vicinanze in cui puoi raggiungere a piedi, ad esempio un ristorante o anche un percorso a piedi (o non ce ne è stato detto). La proprietà è molto grande ed ha un grande potenziale, ma solo un terzo è mantenuto, il che è un peccato, ad esempio le aree della terrazza più ordinate. L'casa è incastonata tra pini, ulivi, eucalipti e alberi da frutto e la piscina è ben tenuta. Lo spazio abitativo funziona abbastanza bene ma tieni presente che la finestra più vicina al divano nelle foto non si apre. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la pressione dell'acqua che sono stati per lo più risolti, ma assicurati di chiedere che la caldaia sia accesa, altrimenti potresti non ricevere molta acqua calda (non eravamo a conoscenza e avremmo voluto che ci fosse stato detto). La cucina era piuttosto ben attrezzata soprattutto per i bicchieri da vino, ma si poteva fare con alcuni servizi essenziali in più. Nel complesso consiglio questa villa. Per favore spiega alla gente che è possibile accendere la caldaia per l'acqua calda dato che non ne abbiamo avuta quasi nessuna per tutta la settimana. I giardini dovrebbero essere molto più ordinati, ad esempio spazzare il vialetto (è necessaria una scopa esterna adeguata) e raccogliere la spazzatura intorno alla proprietà. È necessario un altro divano in casa in modo che tutti e 6 gli ospiti possano sedersi e rilassarsi all'interno. Gli elettrodomestici da cucina erano di qualità molto bassa, ad es. il tostapane funzionava a malapena. I piatti colorati non sono lavabili in lavastoviglie. In cucina servono le forbici e più di uno strofinaccio (per 6 persone) mentre l'altro lavi. La cucina ha bisogno di un panno per pulire il piano di lavoro perché la spugna non funziona. Un ombrellone o un po' d'ombra a bordo piscina sarebbe fantastico. Ci sono fili che sporgono dal muro nel bagno privato che sembrano pericolosi. La porta del bagno principale non si chiude correttamente e la porta principale della casa è difficile da aprire e chiudere, il che è un problema di sicurezza.
