The house is a traditional Mallorcan construction. It has been decorated with great attention to detail in the traditional Mallorcan style.
Inside, a nice entrance hall welcomes you and leads you to the main living room, with comfortable sofas and some armchairs. A separate dining room gives access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances.
On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Each of these 2 bedrooms has an additional bedroom attached, perfect for children. These units are ideal for families with small children or for those travelling with nannies.
Beautifully handcrafted wooden railings on the stairs. Upstairs, where you will find 4 large double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and 4 full bathrooms, all en-suite. There is also a guest toilet.
Outside, well-kept gardens and a large, sunny terrace complete with a covered built-in barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a lovely swimming pool. Lovely sun loungers and parasols surround the pool. The pool is perfect for all ages, as it has a secure, attached children's area, which is very shallow, perfect for small children.
