We offer you a spacious, cozy holiday home for 4 people, with a living room - fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner gas stove and combination oven/microwave, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. All this with a fenced private garden. The house is modern, comfortable, and clean and well-maintained.
The holiday home is located behind our house but has a completely private south-facing and wind-protected garden with a sun terrace, and is not overlooked by us or any other neighbors.

Our holiday home is located very close to the beach, the sea, the village center, and the supermarket. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, cycling, and relaxing, with a nature reserve (Zwanenwater) and cozy surrounding villages.
From Amsterdam:
Take the A9 to Alkmaar, then the N9 towards Den Helder, after about 25 km at the roundabout take the third exit towards Callantsoog.
