The unit is soundproofed and is comprised of a parquet floors as well as a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area.

The House is only 800m away from several nice restaurants, supermarkets and cute boutiques. The beautiful beaches are only 4km away and easily accessible by bike. You can also go by car, however in summertime parking is limited as it can get busy.
Amsterdam is only 45km away and nearby you can visit typical Dutch places as Zuiderzee museum and Zaanse Schans.
