Villa has capacity for eight (8) people. It consists of a living area with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a modern dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for independent preparation and serving of meals. The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms with flat-screen TVs (three bedrooms have double beds while the fourth has two single/independent beds). The villa also has three bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a larger balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and a gym. A storage room for ironing and laundry is also available to guests. Its layout makes it attractive for a quieter as well as more active vacation.
In the courtyard of the house there are olive trees that give the villa a special autochthonous traditional touch. Villa Zara is secured with modern video surveillance that provides additional security for guests.

It is located in the quiet and green settlement of Radosi near Visnjan, only 8 km away from Porec (Istria) and its beaches. It is in the immediate vicinity of the observatory of the world-famous astronomer Korad Korlević.
