Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the BHB's claim to payment of the agreed price of the stay, including the portion for meals, remains. According to case law, the BHB can set the saved expenses so that the following claim exists: (as a percentage of the agreed total price): If you cancel up to 90 days before the start of the trip, 40% of the rental price. If you cancel between 90 and 60 days before the start of the trip, 60% of the rental price. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before the start of the trip, 80% of the rental price. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price. If you cancel between 14 and 1 day before the start of the trip, 100% of the rental price. If you cancel on the day of the trip or if you do not show up, the entire rental price will be charged.

Playa San Juan is a tourist-friendly fishing village. Not very far away from touristy places but undisturbed by mass tourism, In the village of San Juan itself there are several cafes and restaurants, especially fish restaurants which guarantee fresh fish daily from the nearby fishing harbour. Here you can discover for yourself the Canarian Kitchen, At the harbor you can catch your own fish or just watch the fishing boats coming back with their fish sweep and go back later with the fresh fish. In San Juan there are two diving schools available, Here you can also rent the necessary equipment as required or visit various diving courses or participate in adventurous diving trips. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible, It is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The promenade is a few kilometers long and beautifully designed and offers the visitor unforgettable sunsets as well as a spectacular view to San Juan and the coast.
