This high-quality renovated holiday flat with three roof terraces is located in the middle of a gallery of arcades. You couldn't live in a more central location in Merano. If you leave the gallery to the north, you will find yourself in the middle of the upper arcades with all their small shops and restaurants. To the south, on the other hand, you are right in the pedestrian zone in front of the Kurhaus. 150 metres further and once across the city river, the Passer, and you are already in front of the thermal baths.
