Holiday destination
Special birds can be observed on our own property. In 2016, a frog pond was created at the end of the large plot. You are 300 meters from a deer forest and within one kilometer there are heathlands and forest on one side and the Staphorsterbos on the other. The Reestdal consists of characteristic, centuries-old hamlets, which are located in the beautiful Dutch nature. The Reestdal offers numerous opportunities for beautiful cycling and walking tours. There is also a beautiful mountain bike route nearby. De Wheem Nature Center is four kilometers away. The Ommerschans (World Heritage) is six kilometers away. De Lokkerij stork center is 10 kilometers away. Also visit cities and villages such as Zwolle, Giethoorn, Staphorst, Echten, Dalfsen, Ommen, Meppel, Hoogeveen. Attraction/amusement park Slagharen 15 kilometers away. The most beautiful open-air swimming pool in Overijssel (Heuveltjes bosbad) is five kilometers away.
Getting there
When you arrive at our plot, you can take the left driveway and park the car between the road and the bamboo fence.
