Description

This new holiday apartment fulfils all the requirements for your general well being. It is located right at the edge of the forest, has a separate entrance and a wooden terrace offering the chance to relax in the shade.
The apartment is approximately 46 square metres in size, suitable for up to 4 people and tastefully furnished.
There is a living area with a completely equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and dining area. The sofa can be folded out to make a bed (2.10 m x 1.60 m in dimension). The living area leads into a modern bathroom with shower and WC.
There is a separate bedroom (2 beds with ensuite WC)

Special features

Separater Eingang und gemütliche Terasse im Grünen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft verläuft ein ca. 11 km langer, interessanter Wanderweg mit sehr schönen Ausblicken. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ferienwohnung befinden sich die örtlichen Sportanlagen (Fußballfeld, Mini-Soccer-Anlage)

Ein schönes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen kompletten Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ruhigen Dorf Pellingen in der Nähe von u.a. Trier und Moselradwegen. Die sehr freundlichen und netten Gastgeber erzählen Ihnen gerne über die Möglichkeiten in der Gegend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We hadden een fijne week in dit mooie complete vakantiehuis met een mooi terras. Het huis ligt in het rustige dorpje Pellingen, in de buurt van o.a. Trier en fietsroutes langs de Moezel. De zeer vriendelijke gastgevers vertellen graag meer over de mogelijkheden in de omgeving. Een echte aanrader!

Die Fam. Schmitt ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht, für Wanderungen oder Radtouren perfekt .
Wir kommen auf alle fälle noch mal.

In dit rustig gelegen vakantieappartement kun je prima verblijven. Wij werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door mw. Schmitt. Zij kan je veel vertellen over de omgeving. Zij vind het ook leuk om een gesprek te voeren met haar gasten. Het appartement is ruim en modern ingericht. Het appartement ligt aan de achterzijde van de woning met een eigen ingang en is via een trap bereikbaar. Bij mooi weer kun je heerlijk in de tuin zitten. Het is een prima uitvalbasis naar o.a. Luxemburg, Trier, Saarburg. In de omgeving kun je heerlijk wandelen. Er zijn diverse wandelroutes. Er zijn op dit moment geen restaurants in Pellingen, je zal daarom met de auto naar de omliggende dorpen/steden moeten om uit te kunnen eten. Voor de dagelijkse boodschappen zijn er genoeg supermarkten in de omgeving. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Ferienwohnung nochmals für einen interessanten Urlaub als Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten nutzt.
