Das gebuchte Haus war sehr schön und entsprach auch voll der Beschreibung, deshalb auch die gute Bewertung ...
Allerdings hatten wir große Probleme mit Belvilla direkt, da wir den Zugangscode für das digitale Schloss vor Ort nicht per email zugesandt bekommen haben und dort vor Ort erstmal 45min in einer Warteschleife hingen. Als wir endlich eine Mitarbeiterin am Telefon hatten wurden wir noch angemotzt es wäre ja Samstag und Anreisetag und hier sind eine Menge Leute die warten. Da dies die Notfallhotline war und das ganze Malheur nicht unsere Schuld muss ich leider sagen, dass wir nicht mehr über Belvilla buchen werden.
