The villa has an area of 130 m² and is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find an open plan area consisting of a kitchen with dining room and a living room with TV. On the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet with a washing machine. All rooms are air conditioned. The 1st floor of the villa is reserved for rest and sleep. The 2 bedrooms that will welcome you there are modernly furnished and equipped with comfortable beds, and each has its own bathroom. 1 bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. It is also possible to put an extra bed and a cot in each room.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
