In case of cancellation, the following costs will be incurred: if you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 42nd day to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged, plus a cancellation fee of €50.00. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.

To the city office MarinaPark Lemmer, Industrieweg 1:
from the direction of Emmeloord:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, through the roundabout towards Lemmer / Balk.
After the third traffic light, go straight over the lift bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beachclub, then take the first street on the right into Industrieweg.
After 150 m, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.
From the direction of Joure:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, then turn right towards Lemmer / Balk.

Da wir dieses Chalet schon öfters gebucht haben, möchten wir eine ehrliche Bewertung abgeben. Das Chalet lässt keine Wünsche offen.Es ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt-modern und sehr sauber.
Vom Essbereich kann man den direkten traumhaften Blick
auf de Grote Brekken genießen. Da wir Wassersport begeistert sind ist der eigene Bootssteg am Haus perfekt. Der Garten
ist mit der schönen Rasenfläche für Familien mit Kindern und oder Hunden prima geeignet. Preis/Leistung stehen in einem guten Verhältnis. Durch die Vermietung der Fam Kole und Fam Jäger fühlt man sich dort sehr aufgehoben. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön mit all den zahlreichen Kanal- Straßen und Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen sowie das Städtchen Lemmer auch.
