After a day of sightseeing around the island you can cool off in the pleasant chlorine pool which has dimensions of 7.5m x 3.5m and a depth varying between 0.90m and 2m. It is surrounded by a safety fence for the little ones. Next to the pool there are several sun loungers where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the summer weather. Outside the pool area, there are large green areas perfect for relaxing and the little ones will have space to play. The porch is very cosy with a table perfect for outdoor dining, where you can savour delicious grilled meats and vegetables cooked on the barbecue.
The interior is spread over two floors and has a rustic and practical style offering all the comforts to make you feel at home. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious area with the kitchen and the living-dining room equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is gas and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The living-dining room also has satellite TV. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. There is also a room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor there is a second living room with comfortable sofas where you can relax or chat with your companions. There are also three further bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with a double bed. All three have a fan and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The fireplace and the wood cooker cannot be used.
A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The house is located on the outskirts of the village, and all services are relatively close by: supermarkets, bars, restaurants and small shops for an independent stay. In Algaida the market day is on Fridays, and there you can take the opportunity to buy products from the local market garden. You can also take the opportunity to stroll through the centre and discover a typical Mallorcan village. From Algaida you can visit other wonderful villages such as Montuiri and Randa. The nearest beach is Arenal in Palma, with a great atmosphere, but you can also visit other beautiful beaches such as Cala Pi or Es Trenc. If you are golf lovers, the nearest golf course is only 15 km away.

If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.
