The outside of the house is a true oasis of tranquillity. The large chlorine pool, measuring 10 metres long by 4 metres wide and with a depth ranging from 0.6 metres to 1.80 metres, is perfect for swimming and cooling off in the sun. Surrounded by a well-tended natural lawn and fruit trees, the garden has 6 sun loungers where you can relax in the warm Mediterranean sun. Before entering the interior of the house, there is a furnished porch equipped with a fixed barbecue where you can make delicious barbecues.
The spacious interior, spread over two floors, begins with the bright open-plan living and dining area. The lounge area has a sofa and two armchairs where you can relax by the Smart TV after a day of exploring. When it's time to eat, the ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need to cook during your stay. You can eat together with your companions at the outdoor table by the pool, or in the dining room inside the house. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom on this floor with shower. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has two single beds with access to the terrace overlooking the garden. On this first floor there is another room with a sofa and a third bathroom with shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available for use during your stay. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.

If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.
